In the estates between Verona and San Pietro in Cariano, we harvest Valpolicella’s typical red grapes, such as Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella and Molinara, and other autoctone and international vineyards, plus a small quantity of white grapes such as Garganega, Pinot Grigio and Chardonnay for the production of white wines.
In the field we don’t use insecticides (in example against moth), but we intervene with an integrated fight with sexual confusion.
