Visual examination: Intense yellow, with golden reflections

Olfactory analysis: Rich floreal bouquet with honey traits of acacia

Taste: you can find acacia and hazelnut notes, but it has a fresh sweetness

Serve at: 14°C

Matches: traditional with the Valpolicella’s frolla desserts

Sweet dessert wine, obtained by the drying, for about 120 days, of the white grapes. The must is fermented for a part in steel and for a part in barrique. Later it is fit together and finished in 225l acacia barriques for about 12 months.
